Pita Pit — Restaurant in Centre Wellington

Update and changing to a 1 star. I've been at the FERGUS location twice in the past 30 days to use my Birthday points but the scanning system was down, and no one can figure out how to accommodate the usage of the reward points. I called the store today - of course, the system is still down and my points expire tonight. I won't be back.

Visited August 14 around 2:30. I'm stating the day/time, so the manager can determine who the girl was, on shift with absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude, made our pathetic looking pita's, barked orders to the guy on staff (Eric) and then went to the back room while he did the rest of the work and dealt with the other customers. He was courteous, an extremely hard worker and the only saving grace...

The first clue should have been the filthy door waking in. We were greeted by no one. 1 minute later a young lady walked out and took our order. Pita was old as it fell apart while we ate it, but aside from the brown looking lettuce all the toppings looked OK. My husband had a regular Ceasars pita and I had a regular vegi no drinks $24.75. There were no other people in the place, but every table was dirty. The floors were filthy and windows dirty and tiles falling off the walls. The one person working disappeared after we were served. We did not venture into the washrooms....

Upon my first visit to Pita pit, I had the pleasure meeting the beautiful owner. I say beautiful because she is both inside and out. We were looking for vegan and gluten free options, both the owner and the lady at the cash were very nice in helping us get exactly what we needed. The pitas were both fresh and delicious. We ate in the car and I returned when they were closing for another.... she just gave it to me!!!! Such kindness! I would highly recommend this Pita pit for freshness and taste and feel good...
