Worst experience ever in 10 years! They do not have anything ready when you come, they seem to only cook/fry one thing at a time and only when someone orders it. All that is fine if they are honest with their customers, but, they choose to lie! After I paid, they told me it was gonna take 10mins. And then after 10 mins, they came and told me again it will gonna take 10 mins. I did not say anything at that time execpt being patient as I can see they are short of hands - however, they made me to wait 40 minutes in the end :) When I confronted the person who said it only take 10 minutes. she said she only told me a specific item gonna take 10 mins while not the entire order. Oh, plz… does it make sense? I only ordered a 4 pc chicken plate + ghost pepper chicken wings.. tell me, what items in Pepeyes are gonna take 40 mins to cook? When I asked how long it take to fry the chicken? They told me 15-20 depending on how many they cook at the same time — so plz, tell me why it took 40 mins to cook the spicy signature chicken? If you told me it was gonna take 40 mins for this order, then I wouldn’t have placed the order at all! So it kind of shows that’s their strategy- they lie to you and then you place the order as usual and after the customer already waits 20mins, am I gonna say I don’t want it anymore? They trick you to order even though they know exactly how long it takes for you to wait, but they won’t let you know, as if you knew you wouldn’t place the order :)
Till that point, if someone comes, apologizes or explains a bit why you said 10 mins and I waited that long, then I won’t be this unhappy. No one shows any kind of apology for their customers when they lied and make you wait 40mins for fried chickens! Instead, they just ask me if I still want it, or if I want to change to something that’s ready (rather than the items I ordered in the first place).

Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. Went in as they first opened and nothing had been cleaned from the day before. Washroom was filthy and had no toilet paper so I had to used the disabled toilet. Both washrooms had overflowing garbages even though they had just opened. I walked in there and the place was swarming with ants and bugs (I took photos and videos) I immediately told the staff working and they thanked me for letting them know, however I was not able to get a refund or cancel my order as they had already cooked it while I was in the washroom. After I got home I contracted costumer service who did not seem concerned and their solution was for me to download their app so they could offer me some free nuggets the next time I placed a mobile order. (After already spending over $30) I refused as I do not want to eat anything from this filthy restaurant or spend anymore money there. Read moreOrdered a mobile order 15 minutes ahead, when I arrived they still have not started it - stating it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes, and that they couldn’t even make part of my order. I asked for a refund and I went elsewhere, which they initially told me I had to request a refund through the app.
I don’t have time in my day, that’s why I mobile order so I can walk in and pick it up, it’s completely contrary to the entire point of Moore ordering.
I won’t return to this location. The unfortunate reality is that the app experience is broken and the interaction between Popeyes corporate, and the franchisees with this whole app is turning into a failure. I went to another establishment as a result.
