Benny&Co. Châteauguay — Restaurant in Châteauguay

Service and quality was great when they first opened. However last 3 experiences were a real disappointment.

One time, the sauce was very liquid with lumps, as if they reached the bottom of the saucepan and added a little extra water to finish the bottom of the sauce.

2nd last to last experience, I ordered a take-out for 17:00 and got my duo at 17:22. Walk-ins were served faster than me. When I talked to the manager, she was like, "stuff happens"...

Last time, the chicken breast was dry to the point that I threw it away.

I had better service from Benny when it was the Mercier outlet that served Châteauguay.

Never going patronize the Châteauguay...

We were greeted by an employee with a clear frown as we placed our order. After a 20-minute wait for two chicken poutines and a chef’s choice meal, the food arrived cold. Despite the restaurant being quiet, the staff seemed disengaged, and no one approached us to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything. I was really happy to have a Benny and Co in Châteauguay, but this experience fell short compared to other locations. I might as well drive the extra five minutes to Mercier for an all around...

Food was cold, changed fries for onion rings and paid the difference to only get 5 onion rings, mayo was really thick, was given gravy and nothing to dip in it, forgot my cherry sauce, then had to go back to get my forgotten drink, wasn't told there was a $2 charge each club for white meat when ordering, was just asked if I wanted white or dark meat.
