Second time coming.
I ordered a cone and a Reese's peanut butter cup Blizzard after being told they take credit card. Cones are short and fat, making it hard for kids to eat. It's a mess. They didn't actually have Reese's peanut butter cup, only resees pieces (not the same). When they handed me the blizzard I told them it wasn't what I wanted, they still expected me to pay. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it was just a miscommunication and they took ownership
When I went to pay, they didn't take credit afterall only interact/debit but I only had $5 cash. They let the young kid pay for the blizzard.

I did not expect to be shamed and told that "their kids were quiet when they were small." I also didn't expect to be made fun of when he sat quietly after being served. "Oh, ice cream is what it takes to make him quiet" to quote the owners. Shame on you for this attitude and treatment, we will not come back. I would have understood if he was being rude or arrogant, he was simply a little boy excited to point out disney characters...
Read moreI like the customer service here. There's lots of young kids that comes here and I like how the staff interacts with them. The place is small and now that the temperatures are higher, more people are coming so be prepared to get in the line. But don't worry, it won't be a long wait. People usually sit down outside so it doesn't get crowded. The icecreams are delicious and fairly priced. They also have a vegan option. Note that the accept cash...
