I went there Friday night about 1h before Amir closes. It was my first time coming to this location as I'm not from this area but, I was really craving Amir and was in the Chateauguay area so, I stopped to pick up my food there as my local Amir would've been closed by the time I got home.
The only complaint I have is their vegetables. The young man had asked me if I wanted my Shishtaook plate all dressed so I said yes. One of the red turnips or whatever those are, I've never really bothered to ask what they are but you know what I'm talking about. It was darker than the others as in more purplish pinkish so I thought bonus, must've gotten more of the marinade on that one. I bit into it and it was awful, it had gone bad, was it rotten yet I don't think so but it had gone bad and I had to throw away the whole area of that food as with the sauces they put in there the whole area tasted bad. As I've said I'm an Amir connaisseur I've been eating this for about 25 years. At every Amir I've gone to the salad doesn't have pieces that are thicker and harder kind of too close to the core of the salad was what's in there.
Other than that I really liked the fact that they put onions in their salad, maybe I noticed more or something because there was a fair amount of it which, is fine by me. There was lots of chicken in the ratio and the pieces weren't too small. They were a bit stingy with the sauce but, it's like that at every Amir I've gone to b4.
Service was good, employees were polite, fast service, asked me if I wanted a drink when I went to pay. The...
Read moreOLD REVIEW Been coming here for years but sadly I can only give so many chances, what was once the best Lebanese food franchise has turned into something so cheap. The food used to be amazing but now you can see the difference it’s like they try to be stingy and lazy on purpose, you should take some notes from other places like Boustan and compare their portion sizes. You ask them for extra garlic sauce and they give you a small one spoons worth, the chicken and beef is all dried up and they give you a handful of rice, I’m sure they stopped caring at this point. Anyways they can still turn things around the recipe itself is great just the people in charge of making it is not. From a long time customer good luck and goodbye.

Read moreWorst experience ever.. very rude staff. wouldn't recommend this restaurant for nothing in the world. ordered at 6:00. 90 minutes later no food. when I called I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. I hung up and called back. The idiot that answered the phone was rude after I told him I had been waiting for almost 2hours. He didn't apologize, but in turn told me he had another call and if I wanted the food or not. I wanted to tell him where he could put the food. I hung up, and I will never order or go to that restaurant again, and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go there either. customer service is very important and dispite you being very busy u still should have respect. Anyone with half a brain can understand if a restaurant is busy. but u still have to...
