Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Châteauguay

In the last four months I have ordered pizza from this location multiple times and have not experienced the same problem again. The pizzas have been good and it seems like whatever the issue was with not adding enough cheese has been solved.

Nothing but good experiences since then, 5/5.

I ordered two pizzas here on different days. Both of the Pizza's were 'Pepperoni Feasts' (extra pepperoni/extra cheese). I used the 12.99 coupon for one of them and paid regular price for the other.

The pizza ordered with the coupon did not even have the basic amount of cheese, let alone extra! The pepperoni, however, was basically the same on each pizza (the full price Pizza would be a 4/5).

If you don't plan on honoring your coupons, DON'T OFFER THE COUPON! If I used that coupon as my first Domino's Chateauguay experience I would not be back anytime soon. Especially in a city with so many good Pizza places to...

We ordered 4 pizzas at 5:30pm, which arrived at 7pm missing one pizza. I called the store and they said no problem, it will be sent. 30 minutes later no pizza. We called, and she said it's on the way. 30 minutes later, no pizza. My wife calls and speaks to the manager. He says he will make another and send it. I called back and calmly asked for a credit AND the pizza at this point ( 2.5 hours later ). Manager was EXTREMELY rude while I was explaining the situation and why the pizza should be credited and sent as well. Manager hung up. I called back, the boy who answered said it's Domino's policy to hang up on people who repeat themselves and refused to give me managers name, said he didn't know it. I asked for his name, he said he didn't know that either. The absolute worst customer service EVER. Entire order was paid for. So they basically ripped me off for one...

The cashier Niomi has no experience in working with the public. Doesn't understand French no English. Spoke in French and she had no manners. Asked five times for the price of a large all dressed and a large poutine. The poutine is not even half filled and change 10$ the large pizza is burnt. The girl cashier Niomi said that is the way they sale it. Brought it to my friend that ordered and they called to complain as it was for a baby . Have your staff learn manners at dealing with the public. And start giving more attention to what your giving your customers. Don't you see people complaining.
