Benny&Co. — Restaurant in Chambly

This is place so horrible, they had the guts to send me an unwashed and rotten salad and when I called them to get it fixed they have pretended to not speak English so they don’t understand. But I go there almost all the time and I know they have bilingual staff.

What kind of place does this kind of an act calles themselves a restaurant.

If you are ordering anything from this place triple check everything before you eat them.

The food was absolutely horrible! The buffalo chicken burger and chicken strips were both smelly, and even the coleslaw and BBQ sauce tasted awful. Honestly, it was the worst food I’ve ever had in QC. The fries were cold and completely flavorless. Every single item was terrible I couldn’t even finish eating and had to throw it all in the garbage. I’m sure even if a mouse found it in the garbage, it would run away from this food! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Costumer service is horrible. I went there with my family, we were very exited to try their food but once we started to order the girl who was taking our order started to answer in French, and saying that in Quebec they only speak French, and acting as she doesn’t knew English (when she clearly knew) and then started to laugh in our faces with the rest of the crew (we are tourist and unfortunately we don’t speak French). Worst experience here in Canada...
