Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Chambly

So far, I've enjoyed each time I came by and the coffee I've ordered. I noted that they are always confused each time I order ahead of time. Every time. To put into an example. Every day, I do a long walk in the area and stop by this Tim Hortons to get a coffee before resuming my walk. During some week day I know that they are very busy so I've tried to do an order 5 minutes ahead so that I would get it as I passed by, only to be met with a confused staff whom was seeking for another person with my coffee. I came to then asked about my coffee and showed them my order on the phone. They didn't really look at it and offered me an order bag that wasn't mine. As the person was handing it to me, I told them right away that wasn't mine. I only ordered a coffee, I told them. They went and opened the bag and took the said coffee off and gave it to me. Putting the bag on the side to be taken care of later, I presume.. in the end, I still am using their Tim Hortons app, just on the spot, while doing the order directly to them. Seem faster...

Horrible service, never enough employees working here and they have no sense of urgency to get food out. The lady at the food counter called my order before two other customers waiting before me and called it a 'tortilla poulet croustillant' and not a wrap which confused me. When grabbing my order, I mentioned my order being a wrap poulet bbq croustillant and she responded 'C'est ça que j'ai dit." and rolled her eyes at me. I saw the other two customers leave the restaurant way after I finished eating with empty hands. Super dissapointed, mismanaged store with lack of customer...

I visited your restaurant today, and unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The food served was not only of poor quality, but it also seemed stale, as if it had been prepared a long time ago. The taste was quite off, giving the impression that the food was not fresh. I had expected to receive fresh and high-quality meals at your restaurant, but sadly, this was a disappointing experience.

I hope this issue will be addressed, so we can see an improvement in the food quality...
