A&W Canada — Restaurant in Charlottetown

To be honest I am not sure about this review right here: we went into the place there was no wait which I like a lot, the service was quick it didn't take us long to get our food brought to us (also a great thing because we were in a hurry to travel). The food was not the greatest. It arrived cold for my friends, the eggs were freezing, the toast was cold (which I found to be a sin), and the tomato was old. Additionally, the honey smelled weird, which discouraged us greatly from getting jams. After that experience, we have avoided A&W as a group, but I would try it again for lunch, at least as my experience could be tied to the time of ordering (not breakfast hours). Nevertheless, I expected more from a place that advertised...

I recently went to the A&W in charlottetown PEI . On December 2 at 2am ,and the person at window was very unfriendly I said hello and he looked at me like I wasn't even there,just closed the window and walked away. Then when he handed me my order I said thank you he just looked at me and closed the window, no thank you or you're welcome just shoved it out the window and walked away. I never ate my order I just threw it in the garbage, because anyone that is that unfriendly and is that ignorant and rude, I would not trust anything they handed me . Very poor customer service. I will not be spending another penny in that A&W until the company starts training and hiring...

In a word discusting!! Health department should be notified about this place. Gross. Go in a look around the dining room see if you still want to eat there before you go through the drive through. Asked to speak to manager about the state of the dining room, was told their was none. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE, if they are willing to let the customers see that in the dining room and are ok with it imagine what is happening in the kitchen. Also staff don't seem to care when I asked them about it. If this is the best you can offer shut it down, to the owner-go into a new business venture, you are not worthy of serving...
