I have been to this location a lot of times and every time they have extraordinary customer service, except for today. They always made my drink wrong but I usually don't mind and ask them to fix it, they were always nice about it and even gave me a new drink sometimes - which I appreciated. However when they messed up with my drink today, I understand mistake happens but the lady at the cashier was quite rude and she seemed to blame it on me. She also tried to explain at the end on how to make the order right, but to me it is just unreasonable. I don't understand why I get blamed for it. I always have the same drink and i know how it is supposed to taste like. But this time, the lady didn't even apologize, and even blamed me for it (plus some lecturing at the end). I think they could do better. She looks like she's a manager of some sort and I expect a different level of customer service. In this case, it is not even close. The other staff were even more accommodating than her (and i would prefer to place orders with them in the future). Love dee and there’s this girl with blonde hair I didn’t get her name yet she had to ask me before if it was iced I always laugh and say yes, Sweetest people I ever met , and there’s a new guy on cash at 1:48 pm on November 7th 2022, didn’t get his name yet either , he’s the sweetest thing, I had to return my drink NOT his fault I mistaken something. Read moreI am giving them a five star because my orders whether it was delivery, dine in or grab and go or order and pickup have been what I pay for However the two most recent orders that I paid for through delivery I did not get what I paid for The bill was pricey and what was sent were items that costed less then what I paid for The supervisor offered to write a note saying “she’s paying for everything but she’s not getting what she’s paying for” And a credit on a gift card for the difference of the cost for one of the orders not the two It’s about a $9.
