Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Charlottetown

This is reviewing my recent experiences, normally this is my go-to Tim's, the food and drinks are normally consistent and the windows guys are always amazing.

Friday I stopped in for my normal order Large iced coffee with milk, Large vanilla iced coffee with milk, got to the window and my coffee had cream in it. It was Friday morning so I figured I'd go inside instead of jamming up the drive through over one coffee, waited a few minutes and got my coffee. Came back at lunchtime for second coffees, a large vanilla iced coffees and one of the Nutella promo coffees, Large size. Got to the window and paid, they passed me medium coffees, once again didn't want to clog the drive thru during the lunch rush so I came inside to replace my order, the staff couldn't hear/ understand what the problem was. eventually they reluctantly went to replace them. She came back with cream in the Large iced coffee with milk, tried to grab the employee who made the coffees attention but she had already turned and walked off. At that point I only had 15 minutes left to get back to work so I just left.

Monday, I came by for a couple farmers wraps and the same coffee order large iced coffe with milk, large vanilla iced coffee with milk, one came out made with cream one with milk. The windows guy quickly fixed the coffees himself but while he was making it another employee passed the wraps out the windows straight from her gloves in no bag. the attached photo are what the wraps looked like.

Extremely rude service by an employee (local) this morning around 0835hrs. Did not only not provide a good customer service but also lacked basic decency of saying thank you or please or something at all. Started with a “yes?” when I drove up to the mic and answered with just a rude “okay” after I told my order. Drove up to the window and while I was paying he pulled the debit machine back as soon as I had to have my face ID for the apple pay and left the debit machine on the window and left. When he looked back a couple secs later there was another employee there to whom he gestured with such a disrespectful and unprofessional way indicating to hurry up and get the debit machine (as if it wasn’t his fault to put it down while I was paying and leave for no reason). That poor employee appeared to be under pressure as from what it seemed like the first employee was potentially a supervisor or someone with some sort of superiority. The fast pace environment is understandable but if all the other employees can say a simple “thank you” or “have a nice day” or “drive up please” or “how may I help you”, then he can too. Terrible slow and inaccurate, ordered a medium sized coffee with 2 milk. Also a medium caramel ice Capp. When I got the order they had the coffee done by the cashier she told her helper to get the ice Capp he gives me a second coffee with 2 milk. I had to wait for the icecapp and when I got it didn't realize wasn't what I ordered have no idea what the hell it was as I couldn't even drink through the straw because of these chunks looks like little chocolate pieces it had NO taste what so ever I tried calling the store but was told no manager was on duty today by one of your...
