Sadly, while their pizza is delicious, this company makes ZERO effort to track orders. I placed an online order at 6:43pm with a confirmation to that it would be ready in 25 minutes. I have always had to wait for my orders when I've phoned them in so I arrived at 7:30, paid and was told "it's in the oven" (like they tell everyone). After waiting 20 minutes I ask if it's out of the oven. They have no record of my order!! Turns out that while I was paying someone with the same name as me took their pizza and my 2 pizzas because we have the same first name! I showed the people at the counter my online order and my paid receipt. THEN and only then did they try to actually find out where my order was. At that point they made my pizzas from scratch telling me they must have given the other Susan my pizzas as well as hers. Shame on her for taking more than she paid for: she knows what she did, even if the counter staff is incompetent, she stole from me and from this restaurant! It took one hour and 45 minutes to get my 2 pizzas because the counter staff has NO ability to track orders. So beware: while waiting for my pizzas that had already walked out the door I heard them tell every person who came in the same line: "It's in the oven". And my recommendation: make up a unique name for yourself when you place your order "R2D2" "C3PO", because if anyone else has the same name as you, there's a good chance they are walking out the door with your pizza and your waiting 20 minutes to figure that out and another 20 minutes for them to make you a replacement. Once they take your money, they could care less about whose pizza you walk out the door with. And shame on those who take 3 pizzas when they've only paid for one! Read moreThe only reason I'm giving two stars is because they do make good pizza. Their delivery and customer service on the other hand is where I have an issue. I'm a regular customer but twice in the last month or so the delivery guy tried to deliver to the wrong address so the food was cold and he used the excuse that Google gave him incorrect directions. The issue I have with that excuse is that the app actually let's you select your home right on the map. So, if they use that info there shouldn't be any issue with finding the place, it's been here for at least 10 years. As for the customer service, this time they forgot to include the donair sauce with our order. Not a huge issue but garlic fingers without donair sauce are, well, not really garlic fingers. So I call their number and after three tries from two different numbers they finally pick up and the young lady on the phone actually laughs when I tell her they forgot to include the donair sauce and says she could write a note to make sure they include it next tI'm....a note for next time?!...Really?! So now I'm a bit annoyed and ask if the sauce is supposed to be included which she confirms and I ask what she is going to do about it. She offers a gift certificate but not to deliver the sauce and her attitude is now very short and condescending. Too bad because we've been regulars for well over a year now and for the most part they have been great. Mistakes happen but when they do, and customers call to inquire, they should not be laughed at and ofered to fix it next time. What about fixing it this time? Not a great way to retain...

Ordered a pizza for delivery last Saturday evening online and the estimated time for delivery was 6:45 about 45 minutes from when it was ordered, fair enough busy night. Around 7:30 I was getting a little worried our pizza may never arrive so I called to get an update. No answer. Called several more times no answer. So now I’m very annoyed having paid for a dinner and having no clue where it is or how much longer it’ll be (hangry). Luckily I wasn’t drinking and had a car to go to the restaurant to ask them what’s up. I guess the delivery guy bailed on them. Ok so why not call or email the people with outstanding deliveries? Seems pretty simple. Anyway they handed my pizza that had been sitting in their warmer for about an hour. No idea what would have happened if I didn’t go get it myself.
