Revised review: The cafe, locally run, boasts a pleasant atmosphere, prompting us to give it a try based on the positive reviews. My experience: The coffee tasted old and lukewarm. It took us 40 min or so to get the soup of the day, which happen to be cold as well. I had to check and ask, "Doesn't the soup come with bread?" The server's response was, "we're out of bread," with no apology or offer for a substitute. The owner reached out mentioning that they were understaffed and it was an unusually busy day. I found it a bit of an unpleasant experience, but maybe give them the benefit of the doubt?

Love coming here before the Sensea spa. The tuna melt was the best I’ve ever had. The desserts alllllll looked amazing and the brownie and lemon square were crazy good. Someone in the kitchen seriously knows what they are doing. My only feed back would be on atmosphere, and that it was nicer when there were a couple couches in front of the fireplace to sit and be cozy.

I love the cozy atmosphere here, the wifi and music are great. Staffs are very friendly and complaisant. "Bun thit nuong" is one of my favorites so far, you all MUST try this once ;) trust me, I'm all into it. The sweet cakes are also tasty and well-served. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend the Chester's Cafe. Come to try and enjoy with your friends :)

We had a very bad experience yesterday st chesters. The salad bowl had beets that were hard as rocks and the chicken was so tough I could not eat it. The only saving grace was the croissant and this was .not made in house. I told the waitress we were not pleased with the food and would not be back and would not recommend the cafe to.anyone. I cooked the beets today so I could eat them but put the chicken on the compost. What a disappointment. My.husband said he was still hungry so.we went to McDonald's on the way home Hope I can spare someone a waste of...

The Chinese food was surprisingly good. Fresh vegetables, good portion and tasty. As far as atmosphere, it depends what you like, definitely not "Chinese restaurant " You order at the counter, then the food Is brought to your table. The staff was fine, but exactly "sit down dining " .. my second visit, I will likely be back again. But, it is still daunting trying to get used to $45.00 for lunch for two with just water to drink. But welcome to...
