If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. Female employee was extremely rude today July 7 2024. I was a paying customer, after my meal i went to use the washroom. When I entered the washroom no one was in there and it was very obvious I was the only customer in the washroom as I had to walk past this lady to get to the bathroom as she was cleaning the men's room. I had been in there for a few minutes and was halfway done taking care of my business when she comes and props the main door to the bathroom open to the entire restaurant and started to deep clean the bathroom. I would not have cared about her doing her cleaning duties at all if it weren't for the fact that she wedged the main door to the bathroom wide open where anyone could see into the bathroom. Then she says to me through the stall door:" is there someone there?" And I say yes. Then she goes: "it take you that long to finish?" I was absolutely shocked and offended to be spoken to that way. There was also a male employee standing in the hallway and he chimed in and said "are they constipated?" And laughed. This was extremely inappropriate, and uncomfortable; and I actually feel kind of violated in a way. My response to her was it's extremely uncomfortable to use the washroom with the bathroom door wide open. She goes: your door is closed. I said my stall door is closed but the bathroom door is wide open to the whole restaurant. And then she goes ok I'll leave and I said that would be really appreciated....

Absolutely appalled. Leaving a review because of my wife's experience, lucky we were already too far away to turn back before they closed once I found out what some of the employees said to her or we'd be having a chat about common decency and respect. Wife went to the bathroom after our meal, a few minutes later a female employee that knew she was in there opens the door to the bathroom and props is open and starts cleaning the bathroom with my wife still using it. It is directly across from the kitchen which also has its door open, possible health codes aside everyone can now see in the bathroom including male staff. This alone is worth a zero star review. But then the lady asks if my wife is still in there (obviously) and comments "it takes you that long" really? Like no lady it takes you that long to clue in to have some common decency and shut the dang door. . . Then a male employee hears this, and can see in the bathroom, stalls or nor, and says "are they constipated" and laughs. Excuse the eff out of me? Perhaps you are mentally/socially constipated sir? The absolute audacity and lack of respect. A woman cannot even feel comfortable or safe going to a public washroom, if I would have heard/seen that we'd be having a very serious conversation. I sincerely hope management can see these reviews, even franchise reps, completely 100% unacceptable. Both of them should be fired, give your frigging heads a...
