I have had only 1 time where they actually got our order right and it was 2 muffins and a donut that I had to clarify a few times what I wanted (2 pumpkin spice muffins and an old fashion plain donut) when we go through the drive through we get asked to speak louder and then when we do they give us grief about yelling (no yelling just speaking loud per request) every.single.time I have ordered food its been wrong but of course I am on the highway when I eat it so not going back to get it corrected. Coffee is so inconsistent and not that good (I know its Tim's so my expectations are low but still its bad) They don't know how to scan the Tim's app, barely even say hello to you and aren't friendly. I go here because its the only one in the area and no McDonalds for real coffee. I miss when they were Canadian and actually cared about their product and customers. And understood what I say when I am ordering and speak english when at the window instead of other languages to their coworkers while I am right there and they are ignoring me. Read moreThis is probably the 14th time I've gotten food poisoning from this place in the past 5 weeks from their breakfast items... I don't go there for lunch or dinner so I'm not sure if other people get sick but I know it's the ones who are working the hot plate at the breakfast window who CANNOT UNDERSTAND FOOD COOKING TIMEs. Seriously... I've had to return items because the bacon is visibly raw or undercooked, or the buns haven't been properly toasted as requested... and they SERIOUSLY DON;T CARE when you try to complain - the only suggestion is, "we'll make you a new one"... NOT A GOOD RESPONSE... make it right the first time and you wouldn't get bad reviews... seriously.. how hard is it to reheat a frozen sausage patty and an egg with a couple of slices of bacon... I've worked at Tim Hortons in Calgary years ago and we NEVER flubbed an order. I'm going to Subway for morning food instead and I'll make my own coffee at work from now on and I won't end up puking...

Today after waiting in the drive through for 20 mins the card reader wasn't working but the other card readers were working but I was not given an option to use the other card reader so I had to use cash that was actually my emergency cash. In this event it is not the fault of the customer and the customer wasn't notified even if I or others were notified regardless of having cash or not we are stuck in the line until all vehicles have gone through. If a customer does not have cash they should be compensated for the inconveniences of being stuck in line and not being able to receive their order. They would have to throw the order away anyway if the customer did not have the cash to pay for it. And the owner can still write it off as waste and keep their...
