5:42 - place order, estimated delivery time 25 minutes 6:08 - tracker shows order on the way 6:24 - tracker shows order delivered 6:30 - call store to confirm order didn't go to wrong address, they ensure its on the way 6:45 - call store again, they say it's on the way 7:00 - call store again, driver should be there any minute they say. 7:23 - call store again. This time they say the order was delivered at 6:08. I explained that this is now my fourth call and at each of those calls I described that the tracker had shown the order delivered and was told each time it's on the way. Now they don't know where the order is and explain they will have to remake it. 7:42 - two hours since placing order. Finally arrives. Was hot and fresh at least but getting the run around for 2 hours was pretty frustrating. I was polite and calm in each one of my calls and no form compensation was offered, such as a coupon or complimentary bottle of water....

I wasn't sure if this was an error, or if perhaps they had sold out...I decided to pause my order and call in. As it happened, they had run out! Luckily, Jesse picked up the phone. Not only did I learn a thing or two about the quality of pizza, (ingredients are never frozen and dough is made fresh in store!) he check the stock for me, and made sure I got my lava cakes!
