Would be a 5 star, however, every single time I order a pasta, and I am in no way over exaggerating I always tell or show my friends, there is always a hair in my pasta. It’s only ever the pasta and I have no idea why. One time my boyfriend and I called because there’s was multiple hairs in the pasta that time and it was pretty gross, and the man on the phone said he would put our name into a “book” for 2 free pastas. We go there another time to get pasta again and explain the situation about getting the 2 free pastas. The man at the counter said there’s no such thing as a “book” and whoever was on the phone lied to us. This is probably my 10th pasta that has had a hair in it. We tried to order pizzas online at this location, we tried twice and didnt get a confirmation so we decided to call and make sure it worked. The man over the phone was beyond rude and disrespectful, and ended up hanging up on me. I tried to call back to speak with a manager, turns out he was the manager at that location- he answered the phone saying he was the one I had just talked to and he already said it was fine, absolutly no customer service skills, especially for a manager; I asked if there was anyone else i could speak to, he said no, asked for his name which eventually he said was Hank. I ended up cancelling our order because I will not support a facility like that finacially. I sincerly hope calls are recorded. Will likely never order from this...

Horrible horrible place to order from. They make a mistake and make you pay. Tried to order through CC but said it couldn’t process on the website, so got my son to order and pay with cash but they sent all pizzas and made him pay. Beware of this branch they will rip you off at a drop of a hat. Delivery drivers act like thugs to children and bully them into paying for more pizzas than we ordered…..they did this to my son. When we called after, thinking it was a misunderstanding, they refused to refund any of it and said they could only give a credit.. partially.
