Great place to go to get the kids out of the house, there's washroom facilities, trails to walk, and parks to play at.. Always enjoy walking around the lake with the boys looking out for turtles, there are many, many geese however, so if walking off the trail, make sure your wearing shoes you don't mind stepping in doodoo with.. I personally like to consider sardis park a lot like the mini Mill Lake of Abbotsford, as it is kind of central, and has pretty well everything Mill Lake has to offer, it is just smaller is all.. I do personally think however, that they should either add in another park on the otherside of the water, or even better, a waterpark for the kids to play at during the hot summer months.. As the one main park they have there is kind of smaller, and the little kids park they just made there awhile back, is even smaller than that.. Give me a second park or a waterpark to bring my kids there more often and I will gladly give you your missing...

If i could say 3.5 stars i would. The playgrounds are good for the younger ages which is great. The walk around is pleasant enough however in the summer months it gets raaaank and smells like hell, and during nesting season its pretty graphic. Goslings and ducklings everywhere which is cute and all, but the parents are super territorial, hissing and chasing dogs and litttle kids, and the crows and dominant ducks and geese are snatching babies from nests left right and centre. Its a part of life but if you plan to go with sensitive children or feel triggered by these kinds of natural selection situations, its probably best to save your visits to this park for the late summer,...

Beautiful park that is kept in immaculate condition. Despite the one downside of a ton of bird poop for kiddos to watch out for. The birds though come in many different shapes and sizes from robins to ducks to geese to a golden eagle just a few weeks ago! 2 perfect little playground sets are perfect for toddlers to teens. An awesome track around the massive pond is safe for strollers, joggers, and leashed pets! So many trees shield this park in the summer and keep it...
