First the food. I ordered the Hawaiian Cheeseburger, with fries and an oreo shake. the cheeseburger was amazing, fresh pineapple and could really taste the maple bacon. fries cripsy as they can be, and the milkshake was amazing. the only thing I would mention is getting bigger straws for the milkshakes as it's hard to drink before the straw gets soggy.

Have to get a hats off to the service, you walk in and can see the owner right alongside the staff from open till close. Everyone is hard at work constantly, and i'm surprised the staff can handle the sheer volume of orders. not only are lineups out the door during rushhour but you also have them dealing with 3 delivery services going off at the same time. you think there's only 8 people in line, but in reality they have 12-15 orders because of things like uber and skip. i've gone twice, first during opening weekend when it was a long wait, it was expected, but i didn't wait longer than i thought i would. came back the following week and didn't have a bad wait time at all.

Atmosphere from the staff is amazing. the owner is nice and welcoming. always a hello when i walk in and walk out, a thank you when i tip from the whole kitchen. bathrooms are clean, the set up of the restaurant is nice. i did notice there is two seats near the garbage bins, maybe those should be removed? music was nice when i went the first time but i sat down to eat and it was just sad country love songs the second time, wasn't really eating food lol.

all in all a great family owned franchise, I will be coming back bi-weekly. thanks to the owner and staff who have been under a lot of pressure...

Placed an order with fat burger this evening for a kids meal a burger, mini donuts and a chocolate milkshake. The total was $53.74. The Uber driver showed up all he had was the bag with the burger and the kids meal he did have a chocolate milkshake with him and another bag with mini donuts in it, but Fat burger stapled the bills together, and therefore the driver would not give us the donuts or the chocolate milkshake because he said it was for another guy at another address by the time we finish arguing with him and trying to get through to your restaurant which is impossible. Our food was ice cold so we told him to take it back. I would like a full refund because this was the worst Service I’ve ever heard of you guys. Gotta get your order straight if you want people to come back. Refund requested. To add insult injury, Uber has decided to give me a refund for $6.36. Not sure what it’s for because the mini donuts are nine dollars and the milkshake was 5+ the food was set back not good fat burger.

Follow up to my complaint. Today I received a call from Steve the manager at Fatburger and he was very pleasant and apologize for the situation and has agreed to deliver the entire order back to us or if I wanted anything else I was welcome to it. We just accepted our order. that’s all we ordered and that’s all we wanted and they really wanted to thank him for taking the time out of his day because they’re new and so busy to call and apologize for this incident. I recently visited Fatburger Chilliwack to pick up dinner for my son. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger with Cajun curly fries and an Oreo milkshake. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful with my questions. My son raved about the food. He was only able to eat 3/4 of the burger, a few fries and half the milkshake. The food is hearty, fresh and delicious. He heated the fries up the next day in the air fryer and he said they were still amazing. The positive experience led us back a few days later. This time, we ordered a chicken burger, chicken strips, fries and a bacon cheddar burger. Again, same wonderful staff and food was amazing.

I don’t generally give tips for take out counter service, but the cheerful demeanour of the staff led me to tip both times. When a tip is received, they yell out “fat tip” and the staff responds with “thank-you!” That really stood out to me.

My son said he would recommend their burgers over most sit-down restaurant burgers that he has had. While it’s not inexpensive, you pay for quality and let’s be honest, eating out isn’t cheap anymore no matter where you go. Highly recommend trying this establishment. I don’t think you will be...
