Wok Box - Leduc — Restaurant in City of Leduc

I ordered from the Leduc location 2 meals on April 2nd 2022 at approx 4:30 pm.

I ordered the “build your own chicken fried rice” and added ginger beef to it.

My fiancé ordered chicken pad Thai to go.

Both items were prepared poorly. My meal (the ginger beef & rice) was completely mush in appearance. It was bland with almost no flavour whatsoever. I ate less than half and threw it in the garage. I took a photo of how poor it looked if you wish to see.

My fiancés chicken pad Thai the noodles were very soggy and the meal overall was subpar at best.

I nearly spent 30$ on the 2 meals and frankly it was horrible considering the quality of food I received. I will NOT be going back ever!

The worker did not offer me a receipt when I was in store nor was one provided in my bag...

We have been to this restaurant previously and the service and quality of the food were amazing. Ever since they have changed their menus, the quality of the food is garbage! The meats taste like rubber and are so chewy, they douse everything in a sauce now that tastes awful! Quite honestly after you have increased the price of the food and changed the quality and the quantity it is not worth going here anymore! I have a specific food allergy and asked them to be careful of how they make the food and there was no care or attention given. To be frank, if you are going to run a restaurant it is very rude to talk in another language other than English in front of your customers. Zero stars if that...

I will never order from This place again . Ordered skip , waited an hour and as my driver gets there to get it … all of a sudden they cancelled my order and told skip they were out of items. Then when I called to ask why they ordered it , RICK said that he made it and skip cancelled. Well when I asked if I could still come and get something ( this is 10pm and they close at 11pm) he said it would take at least 45 min as they close at 11 and he still had lots of stuff to do before they close. I’ve never heard an employee blatantly say no to a customer . Oh well I’ll never order here again and I’ll make sure to let everyone know what the business practice is...
