My son and myself stopped to pick up food at this location. This place has really gone down hill over the past while. There was a woman and a teenage boy working at the time. The young fellow was helping me and was doing a great job, however every time he did something he was chastised by the woman, who was obviously the manager. This type of direction should be done away from the view of customers as its embarrassing to both the employee and customer. Then the woman helped my son, who was purchasing a mucho burrito with double meat. This woman proceeded to load up the burrito with 90% rice. My son asked her to stop putting so much rice in his burrito as there was no room for any meat or other condiments. His burrito ended up being mainly rice and tasted like wise. This woman's interaction with customers has a lot to be desired. Not a smile or a "thank you". She was more concerned with cutting corners in the food she serves. Ordered takeout on Saturday night in Leduc on my way back to Calgary. It was dusk turning to night time when I bit into a nacho chip that was a little hard. I fished something out of my mouth and turned on a light in horror to see a piece of metal. Thank God I didn't choke or cut my mouth!!! I promptly called the Leduc location to tell them and they suggested I come back and they would give me a new bag of chips. I was almost to Ponoka at this point and told them not thanks but that they should check the other chips as well as their equipment! I emailed the head office on Sunday, so disgusted, but as of yet (now Tuesday) have not heard back. Had only had a few chips when this occurred. I cannot recommend this location or this restaurant.
