Edo Japan — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

My 17 year old granddaughter (who is a big time foodie) introduced me to Edo Japan a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad she did. The food is delicious! I didn’t have a clue what to order or what I’d be eating or whether it would be spicy or not. I can’t do spicy. The staff even brought out the noodles to show me what my options were. We ordered a variety and so we could taste a bit of everything and we ordered the bento box with a side of assorted sushi. The California rolls and sushi were fantastic! In store experience, great. Skip the dishes? Absolutely horrible. They rarely ever listen. I always used to ask for an extra side of sauce, never got it, but one time I did get the bigger sauce cup. Started asked for more sauce on the actual meal itself to see if that helps, seems like now they just never put any on it! They have put the extra sauce on there before so I don't know why it's different each time? It's usually so dry that it bears the questions, what's the point of getting teriyaki, if you don't taste the teriyaki? I'd even pay for another cup of sauce if they...

Great food although there's nothing worse than feeling rushed to place an order, I went to say "Beef Bento box" and she was already asking what to drink halfway me saying "Bento", then I took a brief second to decide what to wet the whistle with and she proceeded to repeat herself.
