I just wanted to share a really disappointing experience I had tonight at the McDonald’s drive-thru Around 12:15. After waiting in a long queue for approximately 7–10 minutes, I finally reached the order point. Unfortunately, the staff member who attended to me displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was both upsetting and unacceptable. She was dismissive and rude giving the impression that she was doing me a favor by taking my order.
I just ordered a large Coke, and when I reached the window to pay, the same staff member neither greeted me nor showed any basic courtesy. She silently handed me the debit machine, processed the payment, gave me the drink and straw, and immediately shut the window without a word. There was no eye contact, no acknowledgment, and certainly no effort to provide even the minimum standard of customer service. I had just finished a long 9-hour work shift, and this cold, dismissive treatment genuinely ruined my evening. As someone who has worked in both customer service and the food industry, I understand that shifts can be demanding — but personal frustrations should never be taken out on customers doesn’t matter how small or big the order is. I could not help but feel that I was treated this way due to my “background or colour”. While I sincerely hope that is not the case, the interaction left me with the impression of racial bias — which is deeply hurtful and completely unacceptable.
I request that this matter be looked into seriously and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure no other customer experiences such behavior in the future. I would appreciate a response outlining any action that will be taken regarding...

You order looking at the picture that they show on the menu and this is what you pay for.. this is wrong on so many levels. The burger was dry, flavorless and tasteless. When I requested for extra Habanaro while the order was still in process, the guy handed me two sachets of mayonnaise and ignored my existence. (Same person who took my order). Customer service was very poor, as the guy who took my order was least interested and was busy communicating on whatever device he had stuck to his ear. Read moreIt was the worst experience I have ever had. I am visiting Canada as a tourist, sadly the battery of one of my cars died. This was the only open place around, so I went there, CONSUMED, and connected my battery jumpstart to charge (a small 120v). The manager came with a really rude attitude and asked me what was I charging. I explained him my situation and he said that it was not a charging station that I should go home. When I asked him where was the list of allowed items to be charged according to McDonald's policy, he couldn't tell me. Just kept repeating that it was not a charging station.
