Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

Walked in and started my way to the counter to order, an employee that was on break I am assuming walked in front of me and just ordered and then proceeded to chat up the employee at the front laughing and talking. After 4 minutes of listening to them talk I tried to order, everything was wrong when she read it back and then I corrected it so naturally I thought it would be right. I was given a grande instead of a venti, my wife’s tea was somehow not hot and they forgot my food. During this entire time no one seemed to be concerned at all to saying a simple sorry, even after I had expressed how long it took and how our order was all messed up they simply looked at me and said nothing so I walked out and will not return. During this time there was also 2 other employees just standing behind the counter just talking not concerned...
