I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to Tim Hortons. My companion and I placed an order via the drive-thru, and the staff member who took our order was unprofessional. She repeated our order in an unpleasant tone and displayed a noticeable attitude.
Upon receiving our order and driving away, we checked it when we reached the highway and discovered that it was incorrect. Specifically, our order contained pork, which was very disappointing and unacceptable for us.
This experience has left us with a negative impression of the quality of service at your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Read moreI order two farmer breakfast wraps planning on using a code to pay 7 dollars for the pair. I pull up to the window and I'm told there are no hashbrowns left for the wraps. I say it's fine assuming I'd just be given wraps without hashbrowns. After I pay for the wraps, I notice I paid 10 dollars instead of 7. I ask why I was charged more and I was told the wraps were "different", so therefore my wraps couldn't be paid with the code I used. I decide not to hold up the line behind me and left with my two "different" wraps. I get home and bite into what are more like rolls rather than a wrap, and find that they are just the farmers wraps without the hashbrowns in them! I paid for what should have cost me 7 dollars without even getting what I paid for. Out of all the Tim Hortons locations near me, this is the only one that has had multiple issues with orders occur over the years. But this ordeal has decided it for me. Read moreIt's amazing how everything i ordered came wrong. My mistake for not opening and checking everything. It all rang up correctly, as I watched the till to ensure I did not miss anything. The associate that took my order repeated it back as he rang it in.... so I'm not sure if reading comprehension is an issue, or just complete negligence. I ordered a plain bagel, received everything bagel. Pepperoni flatbread came as chicken parm. It was not even like they were terribly busy and orders got mixed up, so i am not sure what happened.
Thank goodness we have no allergies, but complete waste of $30
