i came in on wednesday night at 8:45 pm in hopes to quickly get a burrito bowl before closing, and as i walked in i noticed only one worker. since it was later, and i had noticed only one worker, i had intended to give her a big tip for the inconvenience of coming in late, as i know that can be stressful. she was making an online order, and i didn’t mind at first as i understood that she had to hurry, and was working alone, but she didn’t look at me or speak to me for quite a while, and when she did, all she said was “give me two minutes” and to my surprise, she sounded quite annoyed. i continued to wait in awkward silence, until the Skip driver came to pick up the order. as soon as he came in, the employee seemed to light up and began chatting with him happily, and i felt very uncomfortable as i was ignored, and i also was a customer. she continued chatting with him and never attempted to take my order, so eventually i gave up and walked out(8:56 pm). this saddened me as i love Quesada’s food, but i’ve never encountered such unprofessional staff. i do not intend on returning to this location as i was ignored and treated rudely, and i don’t believe anyone else should have to deal with such rude, unprofessional employees. it’s another story to be stressed, but to ignore a customer, and then brighten up to someone else while the other customer is still waiting is very...

She told me to wait 5 minutes for order and take more than 10 minutes. There was not even a single customer inside the store and still making me wait so much and when i ask her reason for the wait she told me to cancel the pickup. I’ve stopped in here a couple of times. The food is decent — nothing great, nothing bad. But on my last visit I was charged $56–58 for a burrito, 3 tacos, and 2 drinks. That’s when I noticed I’d been double billed for items I never ordered or received.
I pointed it out to the staff, and instead of admitting fault, I was told the cash register “sometimes double bills items.” I was refunded in cash.
