I know this isn’t much of a review but Tim Horton’s doesn’t like to give an email or survey to give them feedback that I can find so here is my specific feedback.
I can’t tell you how many times this location has got my order wrong. Everything is packed tight in bags and it’s difficult to pull out everything while you’re in line with people behind you to re check everything. I don’t think I should have to either. Tonight I ordered soup and sandwiches for my kids and I. Didn’t get either of the soups I ordered, and neither of the turkey BLTs had bacon. Kind of find it hard to miss an item that is in the name of the sandwich. You know what did have bacon though? My daughters plain grilled cheese. She doesn’t like it, of course.
So, I spent $30 for food that I never got and what I did get was totally wrong. Now, should I have to pack up all the food, drive 10 minutes back and wait in line to have it fixed? I can’t tonight and I frankly I never do because it’s a hassle. But I’m sooo sick of it. Read moreSo I go here maybe too much. Almost every weekday for 5 years. The staff know my voice at the drive thru haha. But in all honestly I love the service here. Sometimes they have gotten my order wrong when they are super busy and the breakfast wraps can be put together with less sauce than it should be, but besides that they are dead on. The best part is the human interaction. The staff are all super personable and happy. They work so hard in there and yet they still have a good time and laugh. They can take that 30 seconds at the window to smile and make me smile. In the world we live in, that makes the difference. It turns a not so good day into a much better day everytime. Read moreI ca never get a correct order either from this location, unless I just only order one or two coffees. They have yet to get a sandwich correct when you add any kind of modification to it. It's like they know how to do it by the step by step process, and as soon as you change one thing, they don't know what to do anymore, and any kind of thinking goes out the drivethru window. The sandwiches are never hot. Mildly warm at best . I've just been very disappointed over and over again at this location with their lack of ability to get the customer what they want.
