In person great. Not great with Uber eats. I got a whopper with only pickles, extra pickles and I wrote a note and asked for extra pickles on the side..
My whopper had 3 pickles and I was charged 3 dollars for a cup with 4 more small pickles. I didn't want any other topping and would have paid a dollar for a total of 12 pickles maybe.
Uber doesn't do that. Someone at the restaurant decided it was reasonable to add 3 dollars to my 5 dollar burger. I wanted an extra 7 or 8 little pickles on the side. Instead of the mayo onions lettuce tomato. And then I received an entire total of 3 on my whopper (extra?) And a cup of four tiny pickles slices.
I later realized I was charged 2 dollars for that. Thats before I noticed my burger had ketchup for some reason.
If I ask in comments for a mozzarella stick charge me... I ask for a ain whopper just pickles and a side pickles don't charge me ! And if you do give me than four please.
That manager whi made the decide to charge me is likely a very controlling person who does not have the respect if his or her staff but believes they are the greatest. She or he likely felt like a big boy or girl for charging me for that and making sure it was 4 pickles I got.
If you are reading this and work there do not let that person treat you...

I recently visited this burger joint and was left utterly displeased with the experience. Right from the get-go, I noticed that the cleanliness of the restaurant was below par, which already cast a dim light on my visit. However, what truly soured my experience was the staff's behavior. They were discourteous and displayed a lack of professionalism that I found quite unsettling.
A particular incident that stood out was when one of the employees harshly escorted a customer out of the restaurant simply because they had their pet dog in a cage, despite there being no visible signage indicating a no-pet policy. This level of rudeness and the lack of clear communication regarding their policies left me with a bitter taste, overshadowing the entire dining experience.
I believe a restaurant should be a welcoming place for all patrons, and clear signage should be displayed for any restrictions they might have. This establishment failed on both counts during my visit. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and would advise potential customers to consider other more friendly and clean alternatives for their...
Read moreTonight I went to grab a late dinner for my family, everything I ordered through the drive thru, when I got home I realized they charged me for a crispy roadhouse chicken sandwich but I did not receive that instead I got a roadhouse hamburger...so I called the store and spoke to a young girl and explained what happened and she proceeds to tell me there were no burgers made at the time I placed my order so in essence she called me a liar!! And then she says to bring in my receipt and they will deal with it when I come in to the store. I have a busy life hence going through the drive thru at 10pm and now I have to go back there with my receipt to prove I not lying...this place is a joke. And furthermore they should train the people there properly on how to provide good customer service. I will make it a point to be there tomorrow with my receipt but I wish I had taken a picture of the pathetic burger I recieved, but daughter was hungry and just ate it. Very disappointed with the entire experience at the Clarington Place Burger...
