We recently visited a local dessert spot, and it turned out to be a sweet, comforting indulgence that I would happily revisit.
🍨 What We Ordered: 1️⃣ A mint chocolate chip ice cream waffle topped with chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and chocolate wafer sticks. 2️⃣ The Old Faithful waffle with fresh strawberries, Nutella, whipped cream, crushed nuts, and a generous chocolate drizzle.
Both desserts were served on freshly made, warm Belgian waffles that were crisp on the outside while remaining fluffy inside, providing a perfect base for the cold, creamy ice cream.
🍃 Flavour & Presentation: The mint chocolate chip waffle was refreshing without being overpowering, and the chocolate drizzle paired well with the light mint. The chocolate wafer sticks added a playful crunch that made each bite fun.
The Old Faithful waffle was a classic delight. The strawberries were fresh and sweet, balancing well with the creamy Butterscotch ice cream and Nutella spread layered over the waffle. The crushed almonds added a satisfying crunch that elevated the texture.
The presentation was eye-catching, with drizzles of chocolate creating an inviting look and whipped cream neatly piped around the edges, making these desserts Instagram-worthy.
✨ Service & Atmosphere: The staff was friendly and efficient, serving our desserts promptly. The atmosphere was casual and clean, making it a pleasant place to sit and chat while enjoying dessert with family or friends. The table setup with napkins and cutlery was tidy, and there was a clear focus on maintaining a comfortable dining space.
🥄 Overall Verdict: These dessert waffles are perfect for satisfying sweet cravings, whether for a treat after dinner or a casual outing with loved ones. The portions were generous, making it easy to share, though you might want to keep it all for yourself!

PS: They also serve Cakes and Shakes.
The cakes are nothing short of spectacular. I tried the Chocolate Fudge Cake, which was rich, moist, and decadently chocolatey. The Red Velvet Cake was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. The shakes are a treat too, with the Kitkat Chocolate shake being a standout. It was thick, creamy, and packed with chocolatey goodness. Highly recommended for a...
Read moreDosa Eatery is a wonderful spot for anyone craving authentic South Indian flavors, and our visit there was a really enjoyable experience. We tried both the plain dosa and masala dosa, and they were exactly what you’d hope for, crisp, golden, and perfectly made. Alongside the dosas, we ordered the vada, which was fresh and tasty, adding to the authentic touch. My kids especially loved the outing; they enjoyed the dosa just as much as we did, which made it a fun family experience.
The coconut chutney was a standout, rich, fresh, and full of flavor, pairing beautifully with the dosas. The Sambar, however, could use a little improvement; it was decent but lacked that depth of flavor and balance you typically expect. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the meal.
The ambience of the place was inviting, with a clean and pleasant setup that made dining in comfortable. A really thoughtful touch was that the kids were given Gems treats from their Shake Therapy store, which absolutely made their day and showed that the restaurant values families dining in.
Overall, Dosa Eatery delivers on its promise of crispy, delicious dosas with authentic flavors and a family-friendly vibe. With a small tweak to the Sambar, this place could easily become a go-to destination for South Indian food lovers...
