I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant. My husband and I along with our friends, frequent this place often.. the food has always been great and service has been also. We decided to order through skip the dishes online as my parents were over for dinner.. the order arrived in less than 20 minutes, start to finish which is great.. however it was incomplete. My meal was not there, so I preceded to call the store and explain the situation, that the food just arrived.. I was unpacking the two bags and my meal was missing. The manager on the phone immediately said let me get to the bottom of this and call you back.. so he did, he called back and stated that he talked to his staff whom advised him that they packed it all in the bags, two large containers and four small.. he then asked me not once .But twice how many containers I had.. I told him 1 large and 4 small.. that my meal was missing. He continued to say his staff says it was in the bag when they gave it to the driver.. I said well it isnt, I'm here looking at all the food and my entire family is eating and I am not.. I also advised that the two bags were stapled shut and had to be ripped open to get access.. which he confirmed that's how they package it.. therefore it never got put in the bag.. he accused the driver of taking it.. and accused me that I must not be counting the containers right.. he then said to call skip the dishes to have them inquire about it.. and then he hung up the phone.. Horrible service, I am very dissatisfied and upset.. I got no dinner and it will take a long time to persuade me to go back to this place.. I had to get the run around through live chat and phone calls to get my money back because they can't send a driver to go retrieve missing items... I am now waiting for my money to go back on my credit card . And I heard nothing more from the store manager.. disappointed in the quality of service from a manager.. to blame myself or a delivery driver and not call back and accept that his staff didn't pack the food right.. no ownership what so ever.. horrible customer service and I filed the complaint with skip...
Read moreI’m absolutely appalled how unprofessional the manager was on NOVEMBER 29 2019 A family member and some friends where enjoying a game of pool My family member (F/M). and girlfriend where horsing around having a good time Than the night manager abruptly and forcefully grabbed him and stated my FM was fighting, with his girlfriend and continued pushing him around They where there with another friend that was insisting that the manager was in the wrong. As well as other customers that witnessed this also stated the manager was incorrect and should never have put he’s hand on my F/M When he came home and informed me of the incident I immediately called this restaurant I couldn’t believe the condensing attitude the manager was addressing me. Accusing my family member with false accusations about my F/M. I’m in no way making excuses, or fabricating this. I’m very realistic, as well I have worked in the food industry for over 25 years. Restaurant manager for over 11 years. So I’m very educated in Public Relations, Customer Service and the proper commands to to take when dealing with situations that might rise. There is no excuse for any manager in any businesses to assault a customer Than today I called back to speak to the OWNER of the establishment. He was so rude and degrading. Trying to undermine me, raising he’s voice at me I tried very calmly and professionally to talk He yelled something I couldn’t understand from he’s tone. Than hung up on me. I called back immediately and a employee answered saying the owner wasn’t in. I told her I was just talking to him She wasn’t sure what to say. In my mind I figured, the owner, would have wanted to solve this issue like a professional he supposed to be. Let me start by saying that I am a polite person. I use my manners and I tip nicely. But yesterday I had to ask for change everytime i gave a 20 for a $5 shot or they would walk away with a much larger tip than they deserve. After purchasing many drinks for me and my guests I lined up and waited patiently for service at the bar. When my turn came I asked to purchase a bottle of water. The person behind the bar rolled their eyes at me and told me they don't sell water. I then asked if I could have a glass of water and she walked away. I held out money and was willing on paying for tap water even but the bartender never came back. The women's bathroom was flooded with vomit everywhere. The men's bathroom had urine everywhere and the paper towel roll left out for when you washed your hands was all soaked with what I hope was water. Then to make matters worse, the "door guy" picked a fight with my kid brother. He then ran away only to return later with backup talking trash and threatening us while we waited for our Uber outside. Overall I found the staff to be very stuck up, confrontational and rude. Environment was not sanitary at all. Everything was sticky and wet. I didn't see 1 staff member all night wipe 1 surface. Complete dumpster fire for staff. Has that high school drop out kinda feel here. Zero class. Would give 0 stars if I could. Me and all my guests agreed that we will never go back here. My suggestion is don't waste you're time or money here if you're a self respecting human being. But bring guests if you like to be talked down to and...
