My phone died while making an order on the app. I thought I had ordered 2 - 12" sandwiches not having my glasses on. When the order had already been paid and rung through on the app I had made the mistake of ordering two 6'' sandwiches. There is a promotion on foot longs buy on get one free so essentially the same amount of $$$. I asked the owner is the spirit of common good would she honor this as two 12" sandwiches because I didn't know how to cancel the order and redo it and then my phone died on top. She would not... My family and I regularly shop at this location all the time and after this I WILL NEVER order here...
Read moreBelow is my original review of this location. I can honestly say this place has improved greatly. My son and I enjoy the food here and we have had no issues with early food orders. The coloured hair girl is always friendly and remember my son and his odd order. Thanks for improving and retaining my local business.
This is the 4th time in the past year that I have had problems with this Subway. This location never has bread ready in the mornings.
