No one gets a sub for the "atmosphere". I read 1 star reviews because I like to have a laugh at the ridiculous expectations that people have for fast food. There's a bunch here from year ago mostly about specific employee behavior. I've never had anything but great experiences with the staff. If you dont want to wait in line, go somewhere else. If you think another girl won't serve you because your wearing a dress, then your probably just dumb. If you want to stay and eat in the store, and the employee tells you they're closing in 5 minutes. Dont say "we'll be fast" because you and everyone else knows that you aren't eating a whole sub and getting out the door with your family in 5 minutes. When you lazily lie to people and then proceed to do whatever you want, people tend to get annoyed because your a "me first" type of person. Go eat in your car or outside. It's a sub, not a plate of food with utensils.
The only complaint I have about this place is that they changed the onions and it's ruining their subs in my opinion. I think they use to have red onions. These white onions...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in last night at 945pm...door sign said 11...but regardless...there was one table available..after the 3 of us ordered..2 of us sat down & started eating while the 3rd was being made...after my husband paid..the one employee asked if we were staying...well obviously we were already eating...at this point he told us they close in 5 mins...it was 9:48pm...I said we will eat fast...he told us you have 5 mins then I turn the lights out! He was knocking on the counter & staring while we ate. He was visibly annoyed...as i rushed...I told him him I would have not ordered had I known we could not eat in...he took our $ and then stated are you eating in after we started eating! At He told me we come at 9:55 sharp! Then proceeded to turn lights off! I'm disgusted in how we were treated by an employee! I'm truly hoping the owner will contact us as we left our number this morning...but the girl that took the message would NOT give us Owners name...so I'm assuming the employee fromast night is there working. We will see how they deal...

Backhanded comments and rude service is a trend in the comments here- maybe itās time to consider these, owners! You walk in and they expect immediately that you know your order without looking at the menu. The service was unacceptable. There was an issue with payment because the employee separated my families order and proceeded to tell my husband that many couples are āweirdā and donāt pay together- never owning up for their mistake.
