Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Clearview

Ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Stayner Ontario tonight November 14, 2022. Paid for tomatoes, they were missing. That’s fine, if i were to call and the manager offer to refund what we paid for the missing topping. That is unfortunately not what transpired. Manager was incredibly rude, demanded we stop eating and return with the pizza, my kid was already devouring it as he was hungry. He said “well, stop and bring it back” (what?! Take the food from my kid and tell him he has to wait another 45 mins to eat?? What a joke.) He continued absolutely refusing to just refund the difference between what we paid for and what we received. I even offered to send him a photo as proof. Finally i got angry and told him i was contacting head office and he said he will refund our order online, i offered to bring my credit card and get it done in person, but he refused. Have a backup plan, maybe Delissio? Placed an online order here on Sunday May 23rd and my order was declined without reason maybe 30 min after the order was placed, no one reached out to me as to why.

Again tried ordering tonight, Monday May 24th and this time my order was placed and estimated for delivery for 45 min. Well, I was fooled again, this time my order never showed up. No phone call, no nothing. I recieced a survey from head office asking if I liked my order, at this point I'm just sad and hangry when I gave my experience. Fast forward to almost 8pm my order shows up and I had no choice to refuse it. I ordered my food at around 540pm.
