Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Clearview

The Tim Hortons in Stayner has been a consistently pleasant stop during my visits through the area. I’ve dropped in at various times of day, and the experience has always been smooth and reliable. The location seems to be well stocked no matter the hour, whether I'm grabbing a morning coffee or a midday snack.

One thing I’ve taken note of—and appreciated—is the attention to cleanliness in the dining area. I’ve seen staff members wiping down tables and floors with real care, which goes a long way in making the space feel welcoming. On top of that, the staff are friendly and seem to interact warmly with the regulars and new faces alike, creating a relaxed and community-centered atmosphere.

The bathrooms have been clean on each of my visits, which isn’t always something you can say for every coffee shop. Wait times have been short, both in the drive-thru and inside, making it an easy stop whether you're in a rush or have time to sit down and relax.

The only thing to watch for is the location—it sits on a busy street corner, so entering and exiting the parking lot requires some extra attention. Still, it’s a solid Tim Hortons with dependable service and a tidy, friendly...

On Jan 25 I go in to the stayner location at 11:54am get in line 1 person in front of me ordered breakfast sandwiches and got them my order was taken at 11:56 for a breakfast bagel and i paid for it and was waiting I was then told at 12:02 oh sry we have no eggs left I was like I ordered before the noon cut off and got no where I would have waited for the egg to be cooked it takes 10 mins they told me but no won't do that either.. so by the time I left with food I really didn't want it was 12:11so the egg could have been cooked and sandwich made by then without issues but no wouldn't do the egg so had to get something I didn't want because I'm on lunch and now after waiting 17mins I have 13mins to eat something I don't want... I did get a refund and the meal on them but still very unorganized and 2 of the employees were very rude and had no people skills to deal with it... They had to run and get the owner to deal with a simple situation so I won't be going back...

Terrible service. They hand me my cup of coffee and it spills on me immediately, I stand there in the takelut section soaking with scalding hot coffee on me waiting for their attention so I gotta wipe it off on my clothes. I get their attention, say they spilled the coffee and they say okay and dont offer napkins or anything. Then I get my food and half the order is missing. They give me attitude with me just saying my stuff is missing. They ask whats missing and I say "wedges and a hashbrown". Then after a bunch of commotion the manager says "give him two hash browns"... I couldn't bother anymore, took the hasbrowns and left. The food was also terrible, the coffee was bitter and the sandwhich was barely toasted and had the thinnest...
