update you can see Mary Browns reply to my review asking for me to contact them. They want to appear as though they are trying to make it right but all they do is ignore you when you contact them. It's been weeks and silence. Definitely won't return and won't recommend
Over priced, small portions and everything was stone cold, especially all our taters/wedges. I can't believe how much my family and I spent on this small meal. The kids meal sandwich was four bites and gone. I understand kids portions are smaller but it was ridiculous how tiny it was. Adult meals are overpriced too for what you get but the worst part is getting cold food. The food us also extremely bland. No spice or flavor to it.    Read moreOkay Cobourg, Mary Browns is finally open. We've all been impatiently waiting for this last week. Unfortunately, I am going to have to recommend that you check your orders very carefully before leaving. Mary's missed two items in my order...I managed to notice one...but missed that the small gravy was omitted along with medium taters...which I did notice was missing. Also, I find it funny that my no pickles Big Mary still had a pickle on top...where as the Big Mary with extra pickles did not have a pickle on top. Kinda opposite of expectations.
So for the time being, accuracy is not there ...but we will still give them another chance...they are after all very new.
As for the staff... they seem pleasant and beyond the accuracy issues, very professional.

   Read moreI'd first like to say I am a chicken connoisseur. i have had chicken fingers from all over Canada and America from hundreds of restaurants. Very rarely do I write reviews but this one needed it. My god were these some of the worst chicken fingers I have ever had the displeasure of eating. Firstly flavour wise they were bland there was no seasoning and no flavor. Secondly something has to be wrong with your deep-fryer because the breading didn't even bother trying to stick to the chicken, it was like oil and water. Thirdly the chicken itself was stringy and somehow managed to stick and get in between my teeth. This is probably the lowest I've ever rated chicken fingers I give them a 3 out of 10.
