Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Cobourg

My husband and I were passing through so we decided to stop for a XL Coffee & an XL Steeped Tea we were told they didn't have enough steeped tea to make an XL would we take a medium I was like really no thank you then all of a sudden he comes back on the speaker and says oh yeah we have enough for one. Yeah they had enough all right they added what steeped tea they had made then they added a bunch of hot water to it to make it an XL so sad that people do this stuff just to make money they could have just made a new pot it's not like they were closing it...

I'm only reviewing this Tim's because if you think the drive through is bad here should see some in Hamilton Ontario Christmas about 7 years ago it was going from main and wellington to king William st you guys think this drive thru is bad even walk in literally it was going to king st e that's bad literally no one knows bad until you have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour to finally get ur coffee and yes it was the only one open that Christmas in Hamilton so literally I...

I went to this Tim Hortons for a glass of water which I was willing to pay for and they told me that they aren’t allowed to sell me just a cup of water because of their “policy” so I reluctantly purchased a doughnut. I work at a different Tim Hortons and we always sell just cups of water, there is no “policy” against it. They also gave me the cup of ice water in a paper cup.
