Alexandra's Pizza Cole Harbour — Restaurant in Cole Harbour

Sent my daughter into pick up a poutine and watched the 2 men behind the counter completely ignore her. She was waiting for a couple minutes when a lady came out and served her. My daughter came back to the car and repeated how awful the men were treating the lady working there. We drove off and my daughter mentioned the container seemed much lighter. Got home to find they forgot to put the gravy on the poutine! I went back into the shop and explained I had drove all the way home and asked the young man what he thought was missing from my poutine. His response was laughter and he pointed his mistake to a fellow cook, and they both had a good laugh about it. No apology from him, and his attitude sucked. We usually eat there once a week, but after witnessing the lack of decency from the 2 male cooks, we will never be returning. Absolutely...

Not sure why so many negative reviews here.. Myself or my family have been going to this location pretty much since they opened. I've always only ever had good experiences here. Tonight's experience warranted a review. I placed an order online, and between the order printout and their written copy, a mistake was made.. we got our food delivered and it wasn't till halfway through the pizza we'd realized they'd messed up the order (ordered a meat lover's pizza with added mushrooms and onions.. they missed the "meat lover's" part, and we got a pizza with just mushrooms and onions.) So I called back just to let them know, and they remade the pizza fresh, with all the toppings this time and sent it out to us at no charge. I've always really appreciated the customer service at this location and every time I've gone the quality of the food...

Update: the owner of the store contacted us and apologized for the poor service. We appricated the gesture to make it right to their customer. We will be giving Alexandra’s another try.

Tried to order pizza and garlic fingers with donair egg rolls. After placing order Alexandra’s called back to ask what pop we wanted with the order and comfirmed the order. Then we waited over 40 min and got a call back from the shop and told they would not deliver to us and cancelled our order with no reasoning. We have ordered from here many times before with no issue. Extremely poor service and disregard for its customers. I Like to support local but what’s the point if they cannot provide service to the community it is within. I will be taking my business elsewhere to places like Sassy’s pizza or Annapole pizza and I recommend others...
