Anapolie Pizza — Restaurant in Cole Harbour

Have been waiting 2 1/2 hours for a pizza for my sister. Never wanted to order from here in the first place because January 28th my friend and I ordered pizza and garlic fingers and had to wait 2 1/2 hours after being told only 1 1/2 hours. I’ve worked at another local pizza place for 2 years and if this ever happened, we would always give 15% of their whole order, apologize for taking so long and make sure their pizza was the next one out. I don’t mind waiting an extra 10-20 minutes, but an extra hour is pushing it. The person on the phone had a hard time hearing me because the people in the background where being too loud, no problem. Like I said, I worked at a pizza place before, so I feel the empathy for that worker. However, the fact that they even have customers surprises me, because I was told at my last job (the pizza place I worked at), so many customers told me that Anapolie’s has gone down hill. They clearly lack time management and really need to work on it. Hint: It’s better to give more time than not enough because at least then you won’t have people calling wondering where there...

The owner lied of an account I had with him. He yelled.at me and told me he didn’t want customers like me. They said I would not end my phone call and I was not speaking on the phone. I put my child’s nurse on hold because they refused to release my order if I didn’t get off the phone - even though I was not talking on the phone. My child’s nurse was o hold while I grabbed something to eat. He later went to credit me for the pizza while yelling at me telling me he didn’t want customers like me who would not hang up their call. He screamed and berated me in front of every one. I do not steal so I left cash on the counter as he screamed not to come back and that he wasn’t worried about my reviews. I have lived in Aiken for 23 years since I was married and try and patronize local businesses but Aiken- if you support this guys- I need to rethink the entire community. He made a VERY STRESSFUL TIME with my sick child even worse. I actually had people check on me because of how he treated me and I have asked they leave a review so I can at least havre the community see that it...

I was a regular customer here for at least 10 years, wouldn't go to any other pizza place. One day, I go into purchase my order and the owner claims he had been "trying to get ahold of me for months" because "my payment didnt go through for my previous order" that "I tapped my bank card and walked out of the store without making sure the payment went through." although it was my favorite pizza place, I did not go there often so I would remember the exact time I would have been there I was 7 months pregnant at the time so he did not "chase me out of the store" to come back and pay, as I again was 7 months pregnant and wouldn't be moving fast I literally never, ever leave a store without making sure my paymentgoes through so I can assure him that I did not tap my card and walk away he wouldn't let this conversation go.. as there is a line up of people behind me in the store at the time (embarrassing) so he agreed to "let me pay half" for this mystery order and be on my way.
