I've ordered through skip and BOTH times they messed up my order. Just today I ordered a large ice cap and a medium ice coffee, and instead I got two ice caps (my main purpose of ordering was specifically for the coffee). And the previous time I ordered a couple cookies but the location didn't have any premade so they gave me donuts instead but still charged me for cookies (which are more money). I highly suggest literally any location but this one like seriously.
Edit: just called them and complained because there was MORE STUFF MISSING FROM MY ORDER SOMEHOW?? I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, chocolate chip cookie, and two double chocolate donuts. And received two chocolate glazed donuts, my cookie, and some sort of brownie? I called the location and the reason they gave as to not giving me my coffee was it wasn't ready to serve? When I said maybe you should contact either skip or the person who ordered to let them know instead of replacing the item with something else she didn't have an answer for that. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location on the morning of June 9th. I stopped by after a long night shift, looking forward to a quick lunch and some rest, but instead, the visit completely ruined my day.
An older lady with glasses took my order, and unfortunately, she was very rude throughout the interaction. She seemed irritated and dismissive, and even made it seem like she couldn’t hear me properly. I clearly ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte with espresso foam on top, but she gave me a regular Iced Vanilla Latte instead.
When I politely brought this to her attention, she grabbed the cup from me abruptly, added a shot of espresso, and shoved it back to me saying, “Try now.” She didn’t even close the lid properly, which caused the drink to spill on me. Despite the mess and the obvious inconvenience, she never once apologized.
I was exhausted and just wanted a decent break, but this experience left me frustrated and upset. It’s really disappointing when customer service lacks basic respect and care. I hope this is addressed, as no one should be treated this way, especially when all you’re doing is...
