I just experienced some horrible service at this store after going here everyday for years and there is a girl named Taylor at the drive thru who is extremely unprofessional and every time I go there she screws up my order. Every other time I go there I haven't had any problems. I have yet to hear sorry from her or oh I understand where you are coming from. She does state how her manager said this is the way to do things ! Well then why is every other employee doing something different. She constantly forgets for me to pay for my order and I constantly have to remind her that I still need to pay. Point of this story if you have people working in the drive thru (which is the busiest) you should only have the workers who actually do the job right instead of a constant problem with your customers. I don't even want to go back there as she always charges me a 1$ more for my order and doesn't even make it correctly . When I say light ice and I look and its filled with ice and confront her about it she says "don't worry I totally know about light ice I'm obsessed with light ice " Well then give me light ice then , instead of a cup full of ice. Or the fact that i said i have three separate orders and i give her a Starbucks card and she charges all of them on the one card? Then I call the store to talk to the manager and she is on vacation? is there really only one manager at this store ? Just one thing after another. I love Starbucks but honestly don't ever want to go back to...
Read moreI was quite disappointed by the service here yesterday. My friend and I were greeted with silence at the drive speaker for several minutes and then a dispassionate tone asking “Anything else?” after each word I spoke.
I am a former Starbucks barista and manager. As a result, I know well the quality of service that is expected when customers order at a Starbucks location. Being an ex-partner, I have more patience than anyone when it comes to customer-facing roles, but I was appalled. They were out of multiple components of my order (which is of course not the baristas’ fault), but I had ordered a bakery item at the speaker and was told at the window 2 minutes later that it was in fact not available. No apologetic tone, no thanks for the patience, nothing. No greeting or smile at the window. The barista had turned away and was chatting with a co-worker, so my friend and I were left to sit awkwardly in silence.
I completely understand being slammed busy for 8-12 hours straight, being yelled at by customers, and feeling exhausted from being on your feet all day. But in my opinion, everyone deserves a warm greeting and to be given the benefit of the doubt. You never know what someone may be dealing with, and maybe they were just having a terrible day. In saying this, our experience today was loads better, although still lacking the friendliness and professionalism at the window, so I am giving 3 stars for now. I am willing to change my...
Read moreToday I had a great day with Starbucks. It’s my first time to order and went alone as I badly need a wifi for my laptop since my phone died and I need to contact someone. The patio is open already since after covid. I went to buy my favorite spinach wrap and java chip frappe. But this time I ordered no coffee since I’m pregnant. The order took a while because I think 2 people is not enough during that time of service so I understand and told them I’m really fine. When I got the order I told the barista I’m totally fine of waiting as long there’s no coffee on it. Unfortunately, they made my java chip frappe with coffee so I waited again for a bit longer. While sitting in the patio, as a compliment they offered me free spinach wrap even if I’m not complaining I’m marking a 5 star coz’ I like the way they handled me despite a very busy time. I never demanded and really told them I’m really ok and I understand them because I’m in the same industry. But still they insisted to give extra miles and so apologetic at all times and makes me feel still important despite being so busy. They even offered mask for me because it’s mandatory now...
