Servers was super rude, the owner so rude as well...The beef i ordered tasted like freezer burn...and the rice....sour.. I asked for a FRESH beef plate and i am getting an other one...ok nothing wrong with that...but where it became wrong is that the 2nd plate of beef was also tasting like freezer burn....I called up the server...i am getting yelled at. I am the daughter of a chef so i know when a meat is fresh or not...and to be honest it doesn't have to need a university food class to know that. The owner comes to the table and threw a new plate on the table...it splashed on me. I am being told that her food is also freshly meat cut from fresh animal from the morning. YEAH RIGHT! AS IT TASTE LIKE OLD FREEZER BURN AND THE TASTE OF IT WAS VERY STRONG...and the rice...gosh...some was hard and it tasted sour...expired flavor...if i can call it that way... When i asked them to try it....Surprising..(sarcastic) they REFUSED. I asked for a reemboursement and also go refused... I will NEVER NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!

Gordon Ramsay should go try the place... It would love to see his reaction on all this... But for me...it is a NEVER AGAIN FOR A...

This review is for Collingwood branch, they dont do dine-in still. I was disappointed coz I have read good reviews. We ordered the food set 4 plus wonton soup, hot and sour soup, fried tofu and wontons. Except from the beef broccoli and chow mein, all the foods are based from same deep fried battered chicken. The wonton (same in the soup and the fried) filling was so little that it was almost just wonton wrappers plus it did not taste fresh, seems like it has been sitting in their kitchen counter on a hot summer weather. The wonton soup tastes like plainly water with soy sauce, it could have tasted better if they at least used broth cubes. The service was fast though and the washrooms were clean. The staff or maybe owners seem to be nice but if you know how authentic Chinese food tastes like, you may be disappointed with what you will get. It may be good enough if you are...

Service deserves less than 1 star. Use to love this place it's gone down hill in the past 2years from raw chicken to bad service. Ordered food for delivery and the driver tried to keep all my change when I politely asked for it she said yea and gave me half of it and kept the rest and left. Called and complained they said they're was an issue with my story not matching the drivers. Why would I lie about my change? Said they'd send the driver back for us to fight with her ..excuse me? So the driver called apple to my better half and refused the money bc he wasnt the one named on the receipt... my anxiety was to bad to deal with her and now the restaurant wont answer my call or return my message. Thanks for stealing my money! You just lost a customer and I realize that probably doesnt bother you but the honesty of your delivery...
