Was just at this store ordered 4 coffees gave 9.00 my order came to 8.56 the girl on the window dropped part of my money on ground outside drive thru window. I asked for my change told me I didn't give her enough I told her what I have her and faught saying no I didn't gave me coffees and still wouldn't give me my change. I would of have the top but with how she was rude with me and even another employee told her to not worry about it and still didn't give my change. This is not customer service and I have been to this Tim Horton's before and still service was bad. Getting coffees wrong or being rude. Also went in as well instead of drive thru and no better inside and not a clean store either. Maybe other people have had luck with this store but not that they were rude once again and not giving me my change and still rude about it I won't return. I am a very big visitor to Tim Horton's wasaga know me very well and that all 3 stores and never the behavior I received today at this Tim Horton's in Collingwood.
Was just at hospital my hubby came to grab a blt and tea for me, tea was made wrong and blt was maybe could call it bacon and lettuce 1 tomato was ridiculous this Tim Hortons every time I go as you can see from the above review I did as well. They can't listen to how a drink is made and can't make a decent sandwich. I get out of hospital and want a proper tea same man working as when my hubby went earlier for me I told him what happened and he didn't replace he still charged me but I had to go to window cause couldn't hear the order. I don't know but Tim Hortons better take a look at this store more closely I know other people that have constant problems there as well. Like get a grip Timmy's. Read moreThe lady at the till was very nice. Although the old woman on soup and samdwhich, grey hair, was very rude. I got a farmers wrap with sausage and bacon, I took one bite and realized it had no sausage, no big deal, but wanted my money’s worth so told them, I asked if they wanted my wrap back (i used to work at tim’s and we always took it back to re make them a new one) the lady that was on till said no, so i wrapped it up and had it in my hand. The lady asked me what was on my original farmers wrap, i said bacon, she said “so what was wrong about it” I said there was no sausage but I got sausage and bacon, so she asked me where my other wrap was, I held it up, she reached over the counter and grabbed it out of my hands, and through it into the trash loud enough to make a loud noise, she turned around to her co workers, and she said something and they laughed and looked at me. She turned around with a snarky smile on her face and said, she’s making a new wrap, hot and fresh. She after turned around and said “we don’t have time for this” as she was standing around doing absolutely nothing. Disgusting experience, The other girl, younger, on soup and sandwhich apologized for her which i appreciated. Read moreOne of the worst places that I have the unfortunate pleasure of visiting when it comes to customer service . As of today , never again . Even after asking the individual who works at night , a Seikh fellow with a turban on , why he never smiles when he's serving , the reply was , I'm only here to work . But yet I noticed him laughing it up with his co worker before he served me one night . Incredibly terrible on his part . The other individuals I dealt with are ok . Nothing spectacular , very sub par service . The other Tim's in town have way better service than this location . Hopefully him and his co workers perk up a little bit as I'm sure people notice but don't call it out . I'm calling it out .
Adding to the above . I just noticed another review on here regarding the same individual . Wow . I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed . Also , the day he was laughing it up , before serving me with a scowl , was with a Caucasian female . Again , even her Customer Service skills are incredibly remedial and below sub par . Again , hopefully the Manager of this location starts looking into this .
If you don't like interacting with people . Do not enter a customer service position and make other people's day terrible as a result of your attitude towards your customers . Anyway , hopefully more and more people start...
