This review is true and honest without favouring anyone or establishment BRGRZ INC is in Collingwood.
I have never been to this burger joint before. This September long weekend was a blast and being on my motorcycle I was looking for some place to which I could stop, fill the belly and not feel out of place with all my gear on.
BRGRZ INC. was like a shining light that drew me in. I was with another rider that also had an empty belly and craving something amazing to eat.
This is a small building with lots of parking. Even some parking out front to park your bikes. They have their windows open to enjoy the weather and hear the traffic driving by.
When I took off my helmet all I could smell was amazing smells of onion rings, burgers and fries.
We walked in to the establishment with smiles and excitement greeting us. BRGRZ INC. Is clean and cozy. Stools to sit on and bright light from outside.
They had amazing combo’s and ice cream. My friend and I both ordered the banquet burger I also got onion rings.
My burger was very tasty, fresh toppings with onion, pickle and tomato with bacon and cheese. My burger bun was fresh. Onion rings were more than on point. Crispy, hot and nice slices coated with crunchy goodness.
The service was bright and freshening! They were asking about our ride and bikes! Did I say the smells were amazing. The owner and his up front. Server were both professional and looking to make sure our short stay was perfect.
Let me say going for a ride or a drive will be worth while going to BRGRZ INC for a bite to eat on a date or just some time for yourself.
All you motorcycle riders and passengers out there give this place a shot. I very much enjoyed my lunch. It checked all the boxes and fill all the gaps in my belly!
Didn’t know what to expect, but they will be expecting me back very very soon. Thanks guys for all the hard work and great quality ingredients.
Thank you for making us feel welcome. Motorcycle friendly.
Perfect spot! Try it out you...
Read moreNot sure if this was Uber (pickup) or the Store that screwed up. My burger was supposed to be something like ketchup bacon swiss, everything else removed. Not what i got, came with the works lettuce pickles tomatoes. I hate leaving negative reviews, but i just wanted to have lunch with my partner, show her blue mountain for Valentine's Day, luckily she was able to eat some of her burger but it was missing the toppings she added like mayo. She can't eat when I'm not eating, I don't know anymore, just wanted to share this experience with anyone who's over this. Our 2 Burger combos cost 50 dollars, my burger was 26 dollars, only got 22 dollars refunded, it cost 26 dollars?where's the missing dollars for the items missing on my partners burger? I don't know who messed-up but i hope whoever understands I'm not mad, angry, or stomping around. I'm trying to give feedback that will hopefully assist both customers and businesses avoid headaches when it comes to who you do business with.
I understand i could've went back and got the order sorted out but i not making my partner starve while we drive back from blue mountain and to have to stand there uncomfortably, almost 2 hours since pickup and no food still, sorry it's...
Read moreI enjoyed my brg - i should say i came in hungry. Def overcooked though, or simply cooked too hot or quickly because it was not juicy.. Top of my mouth was cut in a similar fasion as cptn. crunch cereal would do. I feel as though the prices are on the high side of things. Wouldnt think of this place as a quick bite for lunch. For the $12+ with a drink there is definate better options for your buck. (crystal buffet aint far off that price for lunch) Would be nice if they had locals only deals probably see me around more in a week than, "wellp, guess i tried it."
My girlfriends burger was too far gone and dry as a bone. I felt bad, she wasnt as hungry as I and she got the worse brg patty. Sometimes topping choice cant make up for a burnt patty. Hey "chef", make sure the platform of the burger is prime time before you mask it with 2 dozen toppings. Chunks of carbon dont go good...
