EDIT: (Previous 1 Star review) Apr/23/2022
Our server today was Tracy, she was fantastic. Very attentive and polite.
We ordered the new spicy Nashville chicken sandwich and it was prepared to perfection. The toast was hot, crispy and crunchy. The Tomato was fresh and juicy and the pickles were on spot.
My wife ordered the build your own burger and it was also really well prepared. Fresh purple onion, tomato and lettuce. The beef patty was juicy and cooked perfectly.
Our experience was a complete 180 from our last.

This Dennys location has slid far down the hill. The location is under staffed on busy weekend mornings and the food is just become awful. I visited with my wife and our youngest. She ordered eggs Benny, our son got the chocolate pancakes with sausages and I had moons over hammy with shredded hash browns.
My wife’s English muffin was burnt so bad she couldn’t even eat any more than a couple bites and Her hollandaise was runny. Our sons plate was soooooo hot we had to wait nearly 5 minutes before it was safe for him to have around him to eat. His pancakes were dry and the top lair was crispy. Clearly his plate was sitting in the window for quite some time. My moons over hammy was the best of the 3 meals and even then it was mediocre. I asked for well done hash browns and had received luke warm soggy shredded hash browns. My “toasted” sandwich was soft and limp. The sourdough was so weak you’d think it was plain white bread.
Fire your kitchen staff and hire new. I love cooking and though I’m no pro I would be embarrassed to put out what we had choked down.
We didn’t bother bringing up the issues as the wait was long enough already and we didn’t want to wait around for replacement food.
Our server was great. She did the best she could given her work load. 7 tables and they were mainly 3-4 tops during our stay....
Read moreAbsolutely Disappointed in this restaurant. Not only is the waitress rude and just stare at us as if she has no idea what we are ordering, the food is a Joke!! Ordered a cheeseburger that came out dry. NO condiments whatsoever… I asked the waitress if I could get ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise put onto it and as she took the plate and turned to walk to the kitchen she made faces and shook her head. When the burger was returned it was drowning in mayonnaise and mustard. The waiter (different than our original) put it on the table and said, There it’s fixed and with extra mustard. I returned it to him and said no thank you. I do not want to eat it with that much mustard on it. There must have been 4 Tbsp worth on it. I told him that I had asked the waitress for just a tiny bit of mustard not a lot. He took it away and the manager came out and said that they would remake it and it would be on the house. I told him that it was ok and that I do not wish to eat anything anymore. He then said that I could choose anything from the menu and they would make it for free. I declined again. He kept pushing for a dessert and I declined once more. He had a condescending smile across his face and kept pushing as hard as he could for me to order something. He wasn’t wanting to take no for an answer and I had to repeat it at least 10 times. Also my granddaughter’s spaghetti noodles were only half cooked and cold. My other granddaughters food was cold as well. My daughter’s food was not good and again, cold. Don’t waste your money in this establishment. It’s garbage!!! DO...
Read moreI really dislike leaving bad reviews, but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I worked in the service industry for over 30 years. This had to be the worst meal I have ever had. I had the Turkey dinner last night which comes with 2 sides. I chose mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. Waiter said it was broccoli and thought, that's fine. When the meal came, the Turkey was over the stuffing, which I didn't see at first. Potatoes scooped on the plate with gravy over top. Broccoli...in a side dish? Not on the plate? Who does that? So, I thought ok, hopefully it tasted better than it looked. The potatoes were reheated, the gravy had been sitting for so long, it was still congealed and didn't reheat well. The Turkey looked like it was shaved from the grocery store. The broccoli was ok but at least edible. The gravy was also so salty, that anyone who had to watch salt content, could die. Inedible. Another member of our table, ordered the chicken sandwich. He mentioned it was ok. When he got back to the hotel, he was sick all night. Yes it was mentioned to the waiter and my meal, which was 1 of 5, was taken off and small discount given, however that cook needs to go!! This isn't the first time either. I have tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner here since I live in the area, but this was the last straw. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Atmosphere is also very dated. Be better! Do better! Customers deserve good food at reasonable prices but right now, McDonalds is more appealing than...
