Iām absolutely astounded on the lack of service. Ordered a 6 inch and 12ā sub through the app. Another person picked it up so they didnāt realize it was not only 2 6ā subs instead but the one was completely wrong. $24 spent. Called 6 times myself to fix the issue friend called 3 times. All unanswered calls. Wife drove 15 minutes back to get a partial refund. The individual who was working said they couldnāt refund it as it was through the app and could give us 2 sandwiches for free tomorrow. Itās appreciated but not at all what we were hoping for to rectify the issue. Already out money for a sub we didnāt order but to drive back and get a response of free food instead of a simple refund just seems so sub par. I think youāre better to keep the money as it clearly is needed more than myself. This is one less place I need to overspend to under deliver. So for that thank you. Update 7/2624. The server Melanie was the only person visible. She had poor customer service, not listening the the lady as she placed her order. The lady asked for Chicken Panini but the server put beef.
