McDonald's — Restaurant in Conception Bay South

I don't even know where to start with this. If you have anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes to burn you should definitely go through the drive thru at this McDonald's. After waiting forever you'll pull up to one of two places to take your order. Chances are you'll be ignored, or they'll take the multiple orders from other cars before getting to you. When they do decide to take your order they'll promptly tell you that they don't have half the stuff on the menu or that certain machines are broken (one time the ice cream machine was broken for at LEAST six months). Now, this next part is where you wait, and wait, and wait and wait. After you pay you'll eventually get to the window where you get your food, chances are you'll sit there for another 5+ minutes before they slowly hand out the food, sometimes you can see your food waiting to be passed out and they just continuously walk by it doing other things. So finally, after a 10-40 minute wait you'll pull away ready to eat. You open you're bag and it's either wrong, cold or has missing items. GOD FORRID you go in and complain/request something be made again because you will get some nasty side eye from the employees, some managers included. Also, the owners number is on the wall too but don't bother calling him to tell his employees to get together because he won't return your calls or emails AS LONG AS HE GETS THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR AT THE END OF THE DAY. HEY, MAYBE HE SHOULD RUN FOR PREMIER!!!

Long story short, don't go here if you're in a rush...

I mostly visit this location around 9pm and the fries are never fresh, the burger patties are always dried out, and the customer service you get there 9 times out of ten is terrible. The young lady who serves us tonight was horrible. I pulled up to the speaker and was greeted with a young girl saying “points?” And as i was placing my order it was being confirmed with yup and grunts!!! What happened to customer service? Not a good look for this location. This was my last visit here. Way better options nearby for the price you pay for the sub par quality being served here. One example would be Hometown Takeout which is not too far from here serves a way better burger and always cooked fresh and juicy for way better value for your dollar and they are actually happy and appreciative to see you. Seems like this company couldn’t care less that you are taking the time to spend your hard earned money at this location. My advice would be to move along and choose...

Usually wouldn’t bother to review some place like this however, I feel it’s warranted. Ordered a Mc crispy sandwich and was amazed that it came out in about a minute never thought much of it went to my car. Opened it up. It wasn’t fresh. It obviously had been sitting around for a while. Bummer. Slightly burnt chicken was also over cooked, barely a smattering of lettuce and barely a smear of ranch dressing. Nothing like you would see you on the TV commercials. LO place wasn’t busy not sure why it wasn’t able to serve me up a decent meal not even close to offerings from other fast food burger, places. I won’t be back and I’ll go somewhere that actually appreciates my business and give me my money’s worth. I travel quite a bit for work so I know what to be expected of quality...
