I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Pizza Hut, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was so abysmal that I felt compelled to share my frustration.
First and foremost, I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza, as it's a classic favorite. However, when my order finally arrived (after an agonizingly long wait), I was met with the horror of receiving a completely different pizza. It was some bizarre concoction with vegetables and pineapple - definitely not what I ordered or wanted. I couldn't believe my eyes!
Naturally, I contacted Pizza Hut's customer service to inform them of their egregious error. But instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they had the audacity to blame me for their mistake! They claimed that I had ordered the vegetable and pineapple pizza, despite the fact that my receipt clearly showed the order for a pepperoni pizza. It was like talking to a brick wall.
To add insult to injury, when I asked for a refund or at the very least, a replacement for the pizza they messed up, they flat-out refused. Can you believe that? They had the nerve to charge me the full price for the incorrect pizza they sent me and offered no compensation whatsoever. It's as if they were proud of their incompetence and were determined to rob me of my hard-earned money.
I'm appalled by Pizza Hut's complete lack of customer service and their willingness to deceive and cheat their customers. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this review to steer clear of Pizza Hut unless you enjoy wasting your money on incorrect orders and dealing with a company that couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. This experience has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I'll be sticking to local pizzerias from now on, where they know how to treat their customers with respect...

Edit: now it’s been well over an hour. I understand if it’s busy but why would they quote times that are so inaccurate and then be unaccountable. We have already eaten because people have to get to work. There’s no way we will be able to use this amount of food at this point and while we might have food for tomorrow we will not finish it all and will have to donate it, which wasn’t really in our budget. Asked the man if he wanted my name and number and he said no all good, which I thought was strange. I arrived at 5:15 and nobody knew what I was talking about.
