Subway — Restaurant in Courtenay

I actually rather like this Subway. It's my go to for when I'm craving it but I just don't understand why, for a Subway that is open until 10, never seems to have any bread other than flat bread after 7pm give or take. I've been there not too long ago just after 7pm and there was no bread and they weren't making anymore. This is 3 hours before closing. Well I go back again today and mind you this time is 9:10pm and again no bread except flat bread. So I ask if they just stop making bread at a certain time and don't sell it after 7. They tell me they got really busy until 7 tonight and didn't have time to make more bread. Can someone please tell me how long it takes to make Subway bread. If someone tells me several hours, then okay I get it, I can wrap my head around it. Even with that though, make more bread than at the beginning as this is a recurring thing. I do understand that they don't want to waste bread by making too much, but it's just frustrating this has happened multiple times now. This has never happened at the Subway off of Anderton and Guthrie. I've gone there 10 mins to closing and they had lots. Only did that, as I hate people who do that to food places, but that was the night the other Subway had no bread. I'm really only hoping this rant gets more...

I had a great experience at this Subway! The staff, including the manager who is incredibly attentive, were very helpful and flexible, guiding me through my sandwich choices and ensuring everything was just right. The ingredients were fresh, and the location was spotless, which I really appreciated.
