*3rd update - did a pickup order and my food was not ready when I arrived. They took only a few minutes though so not really that bad. My food however was not good. The soft tortillas for my tacos were so stale they broke and fell apart as soon as they were picked up and they covered all 3 tacos in cilantro even though I did not ask for it. Made my food inedible. Complete waste of $$$. This restaurant just cannot consistently provide good food or service it seems.

*2nd Update - I went back and the difference was night and day. The service was quick, friendly and the food was very well prepared and delicious. Obviously they took my feedback seriously and were Ernest about improving. 2nd photo is from this visit. You can see the difference. This is exactly how companies should take feedback! I have updated my score for the new experience 5 stars!

*Update - Both the Owner and the Manager called and offered a sincere apology for my food and the service. He offered free food as well but I declined as I did not need it. He promised a better experience in the future and I said I would give them another chance. I will update my review next time I go.

I did a pickup order, and waited while new customers were served and my order was ignored. When I eventually got my food it was not prepared with any care at all and was a mess (picture attached).

Also they substituted ingredients without telling me, using lettuce instead of cabbage, and white tortilla instead of corn.

Usually I have a better experience there, but it seems to be going downhill fast. 2 problems...

The staff member who served us was extremely rude and service was poor. My boyfriend asked for no cilantro on his burrito and the employee loaded it up with cilantro. Then he said “I’ll pass on the jalapeños and the employee put on jalapeños. I wanted to get 3 different street tacos to try (there was an option that was not included in the 9.99 promo that was clearly listed on the menu board) and he said no they had to be all the same kind for the promo price. I said I didn’t want the promo price and was fine paying extra for 3 different tacos but he was very adamant that I could only order 3 of the same kind. So I ordered the Nashville chicken tacos and they were pathetic. 5 pieces of popcorn chicken total in 3 tacos, just hidden with gigantic pickles! Put together very sloppily for the amount of time it took to make them. Definitely do not want to go back mostly due to the rude employee and...

My experience at Barburrito was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
