Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Cranbrook

The worst customer service ever, went through drive through, they told me I had to wait on chicken. 21 mins goes past no one brings my food out. After I go in- 8 people standing there- no one at the till, no one in the back, I start looking around for any staff and they were all sitting on boxes in the back. I ask where my food is, he just rudely hands it too me and doesn’t even say sorry. Three people left after they saw them sitting. ( you can see through an area)

Extremely poor service.

I am also considered about the them chopping chicken and how gross it was. The last time I was in. Guy came around the corner when blood and nasty stuff on him. Why is raw chicken being chopped then staff cross contaminating and grabbing other things like potatoes with their same gloves and equipment etc? Not ok.

One other thing- the owner/mangers must not like any other culture, other than Indian (Pakistan) people as that is the only people who work there. Which makes me wonder if they cast discrimination, considering how I was treated today. Everything screams that the owner and mangers are racist there.

Absolutely non-sense! Ordered their spicy chicken sandwich from drive through. Emphasized and repeated 3 times “I want all kinds of vegetables that you have to come with it”. The guy who took the oder said “sure”. When I get home, open the bag, saw only couple pieces of pickles in there. Funny thing is…this is actually the second time the same thing happen to me in this place, the first time was a in-store pick up order. Guys, please open up your bag and double check your food before you leave there, people who work there either can’t understand English or just don’t care about what customers request. And if you end up walking into the restaurant to place a pickup order, congratulations, you are gonna be waiting forever, you are the gonna see hundreds of orders come in later than yours go to the drive through first which is super ridiculous. I totally understand restaurants serve drive through as priority cuz the traffic in drive though might get too busy, but this restaurant…funny enough…seems only serve in store pick up orders when there isn’t any vehicles in drive through. Food has been great every time I have gone in to order, still hot by the time I get home (take out)

Service has been quick and friendly even when they are busy, lots of staff always have been on each time I have been in to order.

-My biggest gripe with the place is the parking, it's horrible considering there will be multiple businesses open once the other buildings are occupied. Maybe once the drive-thru open's it will help some, but considering the limited parking it's tough to say.

-Last two times the pop machine ice did not seem to be working and made the drink warm and flat, could possibly be due to the pop machine handling more volume than it is designed for (drive thru not open at this time to elevate some of the strain on it). Won't hold this against them however as they have been busy every time I have visited the restaurant.

Prices are honestly not that bad considering the quality of the chicken & fries... people might complain it is expensive but it doesn't matter when you order food from now, be it McDonald's or Popeyes it's all getting...
